Billing:
Each time you buy a program we will ask you for your credit card number.
Your credit card account will be validated but not charged at purchase time.
If it is the first time you have used the card a $15 authorization
will be obtained against your card.
This is not a $15 charge, it is an authorization.
We accumulate your program purchases in your HorseRacingPrograms.com account for each credit card used.
You will find your purchase approval will take less time if you use the same credit card number each time.
We also make it faster to repeatedly use the same credit card by letting you enter just the last four digits
of the card number.
If you use the four-digit entry method your card will only be authorized once a month.
At the end of each week the accumulated balance of your HRP.com account
is charged to each credit card used. Expect to see one charge on your credit card statement
for the total purchases on each card for the week and not individual $1 transactions.
To see the detail of your purchases use the Member's entrance button and click on the "My History" link.
On your credit card billing statement the company name will appear as "HorseRacingPrograms.com".
